Blackberry Smoothie

Combining ICONS blackberries, banana and yoghurt makes a fantastic smoothie!

Ingredients

1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 pint low fat (vanilla) yoghurt
1/2 medium banana, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh ICONS blackberries

Preparation

Pour milk, yoghurt, banana and blackberries in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour in 2 glasses and serve immediately.
