Blueberry Gorgonzola Salad

Gorgonzola Salad
with blueberries

A lovely salad with fresh ICONS blueberries and gorgonzola cheese. The port dressing is the best and brings the flavors together nicely!


200 g ICONS blueberries
250 g Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons pine seeds
0,5 piece(s) of endive or oak leaf lettuce
75 g corn salad

100 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons red portwine


Divide the gorgonzola in pieces. Toast the pine seeds in a pan over medium heat.  Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Cut the endive crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices and mix it with the corn salad. Divide the salad among plates and put the gorgonzola, blueberries and pine seeds on top of it. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Present with roasted bread or French sticks.
