Sandwich with blueberry cream cheese

Lunch tip: sandwich with blueberry cream cheese and brie.


150 g ICONS blueberries
4 slices of (nut)bread
125 ml cream cheese
freshly ground black pepper
75 g brie


In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and the black pepper. Chop the blueberries in half and add the chopped berries to the cream cheese. Cut the brie in slices.

Take 2 slices of bread.  Spread the blueberry cream cheese spread on each side. Put the slices of brie on top of it.  Cover with the other slices of bread. Cut the slices diagonally and serve, for example with a blueberry smoothie.
