Blueberry Trifle

A wonderful easy way to make trifle with vanilla pudding, cottage cheese and fresh ICONS blueberries.


300 g blueberries
200 g cottage cheese
2 dl vanilla pudding
2 tbsp crème de cassis or orange liqueur
8 thin slices of cake
a couple leaves of mint


Mix the cottage cheese with the vanilla custard and crème de cassis or orange liqueur.

Scoop 1/3 part of the cottage cheese in 4 coupes or glass bowls. Put  1/3 part of the blueberries on top of the cottage cheese. Cover with a slice of cake.

Repeat this and make sure the top layer is made from blueberries. Garnish with mint leaves.
