Pineberry & Sakura Cream

Delicious Sakura Cream on coconut sponge cake in a glass with sweet ICONS pineberries on top.


2 rounds coconut sponge cake
200 ml double cream
2 tbsp unrefined sugar
4-5 drops sakura (cherry blossom) extract
12 ICONS pineberries


Using the rim of the glass, cut two rounds of coconut sponge cake, and place on in the bottom of the glass. In a bowl, whip the cream with the sugar and sakura extract until just thick. Place 2 tablespoons of whipped cream over the coconut sponge in the glas and top with pine berries.
